lunao launches a trained AI chat and voice website agent. The launch kit includes website scan, branded AI agent, chat widget, voice widget, lead capture, booking-intent routing, first conversations, and managed setup for early customers.

lunao uses approved knowledge, confidence checks, event-history foundations, deterministic workflow rules, and human approval for risky actions such as refunds, cancellations, discounts, order edits, legal questions, or privacy requests.

lunao supports browser voice chat through OpenAI Realtime WebRTC. If voice budget is exhausted or the browser cannot use microphone access, the visitor can continue in chat with the same context.

When the AI has low confidence, detects frustration, receives a high-risk request, or cannot find a supported answer, it creates a handoff summary with transcript, urgency, detected intent, and recommended next action.
