Getting started

The first 15 minutes with lunao: scan, review, test, and decide whether to publish.

What you need

Start with a public website URL. lunao works best when your website already has useful product, policy, FAQ, service, pricing, or support content.

You can run a private test before publishing. The goal is to see what the agent can answer, what sources it found, and what should hand off to a human.

  • Website URL
  • A few real customer questions
  • A person who can review source quality
  • A handoff destination when configured

First 15 minutes

Scan the site, review the sources, ask real customer questions, then decide whether the agent is ready for the widget.

Do not publish until the agent handles common questions and sensitive cases with clear boundaries.

  • Scan public pages
  • Review source titles and URLs
  • Test product, pricing, delivery, returns, and handoff questions
  • Install the widget only when the answers are acceptable

What to test first

Use the same questions your team answers every week. Good tests include common FAQs, ambiguous questions, sensitive requests, and explicit human handoff requests.

  • What do you sell?
  • What is your return policy?
  • How long does delivery take?
  • Can I talk to a person?
  • Can you recommend something for my need?
